Onsite Consulting Services1. EHS Program development with the following components:
a. Safety Programs -comprehensive and specific b. Emergency Response c. PSM d. Other 2. EHS Training- All of the employers’ required safety program training will be conducted in a hands-on, applied manor. All OSHA and employer’s specific new or updated requirements will be instructed to assure that employees develop the proficient skills needed to perform their jobs safely and effectively. 3. Brief Safety Meetings- The brief safety meetings act as motivation to open communication about important workplace safety. Supervisors will use them as a means to encourage other employees to take an active role in promoting a safe work place. 4. Positive Behavior-Based Coaching- Employees are encouraged to follow their employer’s Safety Program and Industry’s "Safety and Operating Best Practices." 5. EHS Observations- Constructive recommendations are made regarding any area of work that is not providing the employees with the safest and most productive workplace. New OSHA or other worksite- specific changes are discussed and recommendations to implement improvements are provided. |
On Demand Safety ManagementSafety professional will be on call, and dispatched to respond to any emergency situation, and address any critical incident, OSHA citation, or other immediate EHS situation.
Safety professionals will also be available to augment an employer’s need for additional safety personnel. Accident Prevention/ Investigation Program Development & TrainingAn Accident Prevention program will be developed, and training provided to reduce potential exposure to loss from accident, injures, and related costs.

This program will ensure all requirements of respiratory protection are met, including program development requirements. Fit testing is also integrated which covers application, limitations, and maintenance of the chosen respirators.
